If your looking to slow down the fast pace of your life, meditation has an incredible benefit of decreasing stress, which is often a precursor to so many of our physical and emotional problems.

In this workshop you will learn a simple and powerful mantra meditation practice and understand the profound benefits of a daily meditation practice. You will receive important meditation guidelines to gain the best results from your practice.

MINI MEDITATIONS WORKSHOP

In order to meditate regularly, you don’t always have to commit to a practice that feels like it’s taking over your life.

Creating “mindful minutes” can compliment a daily meditation practice that you might already have, or as a standalone practice. I have many students who prefer to accumulate these mindful minutes throughout their day, instead of sitting for extended periods of time.

In this workshop you will learn several mini meditations for daily use. You will also experience a few mini meditations in the workshop guided by Andrea.
