Roasted Beet and Potato Salad

Beet Potatoe Salad

Ingredients

Salad
  • 1 large beat
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 big bed of spinach
Dressing for Spinach
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp braggs aminio acid
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup flaxseed oil

Directions

Roast Beet and Potato. Let both cool.

After cooling chop both into bite size pieces

Mix with special extra love sauce : ½ juice lemon, tsp olive oil, chopped fresh parsley and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Toss spinach alone in dressing. Add potato and beet mixture on top of salad.
