Mouth-Watering Mocha Morning Smoothie
Simple, easy, delicious and healthy morning smoothie! No excuse not to eat breakfast, especially when it can be on the go!
- 1 tsp of espresso powder has about 30 mg of caffeine. 1 cup (8 oz) of coffee is equivalent to 95 mg of caffeine. You can add more or less espresso powder depending how sensitive you are to caffeine.
- If you would like to smoothie to have a sweater taste to it, add 1 date, or use a whole banana. I use frozen banana to make my smoothie more creamy and cold.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1 tbsp cocao nibs or cocao powder
- 1/2 avocado avocado
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup spinach
- dash of cayenne
Blend all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
