I have never done Pilates before. What class should I attend?

Andrea recommends to first start with a Pilates Private if you are new to Pilates, have a current injury or health concern.

I have not worked out for years and afraid to start. How do I begin and what class do I take.

What foot wear do I need for Pilates?

Bare feet or socks if you have a foot condition.

What foot wear do I need for TRX, Boot Camp or Zumba?

Clean indoor sneakers. No outdoor shoes worn inside studio.

What do I need to bring to class?

Water bottle and towel.

How does the studio run its classes?

Get Serious Fitness offers a Drop In, 5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass, and 20 Class Pass for Pilates and Small Group classes. Each pass has a specific expiration date for when the card must be used by. A strict 24 hr cancellation policy is required.

What is the method of Payment?

Cash or Cheque in studio. Credit Cards when booking online.
